Q2: What accessories comes with my doll?

A: Your doll will come with underwear, cleaning tools, gloves, a wig, a comb, and a heating rod. Please note that lubricant and batteries are not included as they are banned by safety inspection at Chinese airports.

Q3: How long will it take for my doll to be delivered?

A: Normally, the production time will be 7-10day. The delivery time will depends on your address.

Q4: I do not want anyone to know I have bought this doll.

A: Discretion is our number one priority. It is our responsibility to protect your privacy. Therefore, we promise all packages are shipped in plain packaging, no specific indication or labeling on the box related about doll.

Q5: How do you ensure quality, and how is an issue in quality dealt with?

A: Our factory produce the high quality TPE and Slicone sex dolls in China. Every details can be custmoized. We will produce the doll according to your choice. We will send the finished pictures and videos for you confirmation before shipping. You can check all of the details.

Q6: Can you give me some advices for doll maintenance?

A: When using your doll, avoid extreme force or limb stretching. Avoid leaving your doll in the same position for too long. To prevent bacterial growth, please regularly use water and neutral soap to clean your doll. Remember, do not allow water to travel between the neck and head, otherwise rust will form on the neck screw. Avoid dark colors and bright patterns, as they might stain your doll.
